Drinking alcohol has its' own pros and cons.
Pros would be ...
1) Personally, it's soothing to the soul. When you drink, you blurt out all your problems to your mates. When you drink, you don't think about anything but just think of expressing your harbored feelings and basically having fun. Drinking alcohol simply helps you forget everything, lets you have a good sleep, gives you the excitement to dance, party and act crazy, and simply just for entertainment. Plus, alcohol is even good for a wine and dine event, a sweet date event, a business event, a friendly event, and many more fun events to name which would be endless to speak of.
2) Health wise, drinking alcohol keeps you healthy. It decreases inflammation to keep your arteries younger, which contains of fewer heart attacks, strokes, and wrinkles.
And for the cons ...
1) If you drink too much alcohol, you could have a high risk of cancer.
2) You could have a high risk of hemorrhagic stroke.
3) High risk of liver disease.
4) Damage to the stomach.
5) Damage to the heart.
Which would you want to risk? Drinking alcohol for the sake of parties and friends? Or putting a limit to alcohol consumption to save yourself from diseases or death?!
Though red wine helps women in health wise, there has to be a limit on consuming it to a moderate amount, which would be one bottle a day. For men on the other hand, two bottles a day would suffice. Unless if you drink once a week of alcohol, that would be fine to settle for a bottle or two.
Think before you start drinking too much even if it was to cost you to look like a fool with your mates. Or it would be costing your health or death. Who would be the blame then?
Personally, I love drinking alcohol too cause it makes me happy, hyper and excited. Plus I love having fun with my mates, drinking and partying. But, awareness needs to be put into practice to ensure that my health is not under high risks. My parents would mourn. My beloved would cry. My friends would miss me. Nevertheless, it's good to be aware of these little matters to be alert. It's your choice. It's either you win or lose. You pick.
