Tribute For Mama

My grandmother recently passed away and I took it pretty hard. She was the closest to me after my parents; I adore her dearly. I never knew that this day would come but I would have expected so. Hence, this post is for her.

My grandmother was a benevolent and helpful woman with a generous heart. She would help anyone who was in need without asking rewards in return for her kindness. In other words, she had sincerity in helping others. Moreover, she was a strong and independent woman. She never once failed to show others that she was weak. Moreover, she was a person who does not give up easily; determined and persistent in every situation. My grandmother is someone you can look up to, where she has shown to be a good role model as a wife, mother and grandmother. She has never failed to show us unconditional love. I will never forget all the teachings that she has imparted to me; this includes advises.

Though she's gone, I know she is in a better place with the Lord in heaven. Reminiscing my memories with her, it's hard to let go. Nonetheless, I will never forget them. Neither will I forget the wonderful things she's done for me. I'm grateful for all she's done for me. I'm happy that God has freed her from pain, letting her enjoy the treasures of Christ in heaven.

Mama, I love you and miss you dearly. You will forever be in my heart.
